How do i lower my alkaline level in my 10 gallon fish tank?

My 10 gallon fish tank has a very high alkaline level. How do i lower it?
Sorry i asked all those questions in order but i wanted them in all separate questions.

High Alk water is what it is. It comes from your water source. Most fish bought from a pet store these days are tank raised, and therefore are raised in water that has a higher alkalinity level . If your fish are not showing any signs of stress than do not worry about it. To solve the problem going forward You can either get an RODI water filter or try to stock your tank with fish that like the higher alkalinity.
